What we collect
This only, and only if you type it
The contact form. Company name, contact person, email, phone, a preferred date to talk and whatever you write in the message. We use it to reply and to prepare a proposal. Nothing else.
Your IP address, for one hour, purely to limit repeated form submissions. After that hour it deletes itself.
Your light or dark mode choice stays in your browser. It never reaches us.
Where it goes
The full path, with nothing left out
When you send the form, the message is saved on our server first (hosted with Hostinger) and then forwarded to our automation tool, which keeps a copy in a Google Sheets spreadsheet and sends us an alert by Gmail. So Google holds a copy.
If you book a meeting, the calendar is run by Cal.com. Whatever you typed into our form reaches them already filled in, so you do not have to repeat it, and they store the booking. Nothing connects to them until you pick a service.
This site loads its typeface from Google Fonts. That means your IP reaches Google whenever you load any page, even if you fill in nothing.
How long
Until it stops making sense
We keep form messages while a conversation or a working relationship is open, and afterwards as a record of enquiries.
If you want yours deleted, ask at the address above and we will. You can also ask what data of yours we hold, have it corrected if it is wrong, or object to our using it. You do not have to give a reason.
What we do not do
Things this site does not have
No analytics and no trackers. No Google Analytics, no social media pixels, no heatmaps. We do not know how many visits you make or where you came from.
No advertising cookies, and we do not sell or pass your data to anyone for commercial purposes.
The demo builder sends nothing. What you type on the home page to try it is processed inside your own browser and never leaves it: it does not reach our server and is not recorded anywhere.
