Encaixa't,
from the inside.

A portal with its own admin panel, where the repetitive part of publishing content is handled by an automated workflow and the decision is still made by a person.

The project

Publishing regularly costs more than it looks.

Keeping a site alive means having ideas, writing them up, making the cover image, publishing and then checking whether any of it reached anyone. None of those tasks is hard; the problem is that they all come round every week.

The repetitive part is handled by an automated workflow: it proposes topics, drafts the text and generates the cover image. Deciding what gets published, and in what voice, is still a person's job, because that is where the judgement lives.

What was built

The pieces.

01

Admin panel

One place to see what is published, what is pending and what is broken. Without logging into the server.

02

Assisted publishing

Ideas are proposed, a draft is written and the cover is generated. Publishing remains a manual decision.

03

User accounts

Sign-up, permissions and access to the private part of the portal.

04

Search visibility tracking

To know whether what is published reaches anyone, instead of assuming it.

This is our own project, which is why we can describe it in detail. Client cases go up once we have permission in writing.

Tell us what is happening.

If we cannot help we will say so, and if we know who can, we will say that too.
